We use the necessary details only to handle your request and agreed broker correspondence. Provider-managed backups and any limited legally required records are explained in the privacy notice. You can withdraw authority by contacting Ryan.
Yes, it can help reduce unwanted marketing linked to the brokers we contact. We ask them to delete eligible personal data and stop using it for direct marketing. Results depend on who holds your details and where the marketing comes from.
The aim is fewer unwanted sales calls from businesses using broker-held information. We ask the agreed brokers to stop using your number for direct marketing where applicable. Scam callers, randomly dialled calls and companies with other sources of your number may still contact you.
It may reduce addressed marketing post and promotional emails linked to broker-held details. Unaddressed leaflets and spam from unrelated senders can continue. Existing mailing lists may also need a separate unsubscribe or objection.
Some businesses obtain information from data brokers. Brokers may combine information from public sources, commercial partners and details shared through services you use. The source varies, and we do not assume any particular broker holds your information before checking.
After we agree your broker list and you authorise the work, we contact those brokers separately on your behalf. We request deletion where applicable, object to direct marketing and ask for confirmation of the action taken. You are copied into request emails.

Yes. You will be copied into each request email sent on your behalf so you can see who was contacted and what was requested. If a broker requires its own online process, we will explain that route before proceeding.
Broker response times vary. UK organisations generally have one month to respond to a valid erasure request; identity checks and permitted extensions can affect timing. Marketing may take longer to reduce, and a reply alone does not prove removal.
We can request deletion and object to direct marketing where applicable. We cannot promise that every business will erase every record or that information will never be collected again. Brokers may retain limited suppression information to honour your objection.
Never send passwords or identity documents through the enquiry form. Provide your contact name and email, then the details you want removed. Address, removal emails and phone numbers are optional; include only what is relevant. If a broker needs verification, we explain how to complete it through an appropriate route.
We record what each broker actually confirms. Confirmed deletion, marketing suppression, refusal and no response are different outcomes. We do not label a request as a successful deletion simply because it was sent.
Yes. A broker may obtain new information from another source later. This is one agreed round of requests; ongoing monitoring and future removal rounds are not included unless separately agreed.
Yes. You can exercise applicable privacy rights directly, usually without paying the broker. Quiet Data charges for the time and help involved in handling the agreed requests for you.
No. Pay through Revolut, return to your package page and enter the payer name and payment time. Then submit the form directly to the private dashboard. Ryan verifies the received payment before starting work. Visiting a payment link or saying you have paid will not by itself unlock the form. Broker emails are handled separately after your authorisation and agreement of scope.
No. This service focuses on agreed data brokers and direct marketing objections. Removing search results, social media accounts, news articles or every mention of you online is outside the advertised package.
We record the response or lack of response and explain the reason given. If you are unhappy with how a UK organisation handles your privacy request, you can complain to the ICO. Legal representation and formal enforcement are not included.
